Motorcycle Insurance Settlements

You can use this website to find out if you are eligible for a refund under the Attorney General's motorcycle insurance settlements. You must enter your policy number in the appropriate format shown below. Please note that all fields are required unless otherwise noted.

Motorcycle Insurance Policy Information:

Please enter your policy number in the appropriate format:

 
  • American Automobile (Firemans Fund): 8 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces)
  • Amica Mutual: Enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER (no dashes or spaces) from the upper right corner of your billing statement, not your policy number
  • Arbella: 2 letters followed by 6 digit number (no dashes or spaces)
  • Electric Insurance: 9 characters, which may include both numbers and letters (no dashes or spaces)
  • Encompass: 5-7 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces). Do not include any leading zeros that your policy number may contain.
  • Hanover Insurance: 7 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces)
  • Liberty Mutual: 2 letters followed by 12 digit number (no dashes or spaces)
  • Metropolitan P&C: 10 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces). Please note, if your policy number contains your Social Security Number, you cannot use that number to look up a refund on this website. Please call the AGO instead at 1-888-830-6277.
  • NGM Insurance (aka Main Street America) 8 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces)
  • Norfolk & Dedham: 7-9 characters, which may include both numbers and letters (no dashes or spaces)
  • OneBeacon (aka Mass. Homeland): 7 characters, which may include both numbers and letters (no dashes or spaces) DO NOT INCLUDE the HB that precedes the policy number or the 1 or 2 that follows the policy number.
  • Pilgrim Insurance: 3 letters followed by 7-11 digit number (no dashes or spaces)
  • Plymouth Rock: 7 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces)
  • Premier Insurance Company of MA (Travelers): 9 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces)
  • Quincy Mutual: 3 letters followed by a space, then 6 digit number (no dashes)
  • Safety Insurance: 5-7 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces)
  • Sentry Insurance: 9 digit number (no letters, dashes or spaces). Please note that the refund shown is the sum of the refunds associated with all of your Sentry policy numbers.
  • USAA: 9 digit MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (no letters, dashes or spaces). Please note that for USAA, the refund amount shown on this website may be the sum of multiple refund checks.
